How do I find my finger size?

You have 2 options of sizing through OneJewels website.

Why are OneJewel´s Website prices lower than in the stores?

OneJewel produces all creations in-house, thus eliminating the middle men and room for errors to bring the best quality and price to the customer. A truly unique jewelry buying experience.

Is your gold the same quality as in a store?

OneJewel guarantees that all our jewelry is crafted using verified quality metal. We use only two types of gold being 14k (585 thousandths) & 18k (750 thousandths).

If we want to engraving our creations, what is the cost?

The engraving of our pieces is free.

Shipping and delivery

How long will it take to receive the creations?

Being each creation is specific to the owner, each piece made to order from scratch. The average delivery time is between 4 and 7 business days from the time of purchase. If you need your creation rushed, you may contact us to with your request, depending on order volume at the time orders can be processed within 48 hours.

Who will make the delivery?

All our deliveries are made by FedEx or UPS, they will contact you to arrange the delivery of your creation.

Returns

If our creation does not fit well, what can we do?

Do not worry, you get in touch with us through email info@onejewel.com and we will email a label to ship your creation back, we will redo your creation to new size and ship them back to you free of charge.

We have received the creations and the model is not as we have seen on the No Limits Viewer, can we change them?

The pictures and No Limits Viewer that appear on the website respond faithfully to the products, but we must bear in mind that they are made in high quality with the aim of reflecting every feature with maximum detail. Sometimes, there may be small differences in colors and details depending on the monitor from which you are viewing our website. But, just like the previous case, you can get in touch with us at info@onejewel.com, we will collect the creations and we will send you the new model that you like. You only have to pay the difference between one model and the other or in the case of lower price, we will refund difference.

How much time do I have to change the size of the jewelry? Or to change the model?

We guarantee a change of size with no time limit. To change the model, we offer you 30 days from time of purchase.

How should I take care of my creations?

You have to follow some small tips that will help to conserve your jewelry in the best way. Avoid doing sports or dangerous activities. Avoid contact with cleaning products, cosmetics or abrasives. You can clean jewelry from time to time with warm water and neutral soap. Then dry them with a soft cloth or chamois leather.

Where can I go to buy your creations?

Currently our creations are only available online at OneJewel. All our creations are made to order specially for the owner.

Where are your central offices?

We are based in Boca Raton, Florida where we have our showroom & manufacturing facilities.

With the purchase of a creation, do you give an appraisal?

Yes, all our creations have an appraisal that certifies their originality and authenticity.

Do you put your name on your creations?

Yes, we put our diamond signature in each creation guaranteeing that all our creations are recognized.

We can also record your name or date without any additional cost. If you choose to return we will not charge you anything, even if the creation was engraved.

Where are your creations made?

All our creations are designed and made in the United States. We pride ourselves on being able to produce our products in the USA.

Diamonds

Are your diamonds conflict free?

Yes, we only work with diamonds that are certified conflict free. We follow and comply with all Kimberly Process Requirements.

Does your customer support have gemologists?

Our customer service staff are GIA Certified Gemologists. They are specially qualified to help you choose the stone that fits your needs.
